The security of Moscow piers has been improved

The security patrols have started their operations at the river piers of Moscow for the period of Summer navigation. This information has been announced by the Aleksandr Tarushkin, the deputy director of police enforcement of public order management in the transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Central Federal District.

10 piers of the Central Part of Russia will be under police surveillance of the police, as well as two departure areas for the large cruise ships of the North and South River Ports. According to Tarushkin, the pedestrian squads will work as well at the Vorobievi Hills and Kievsky station.

In addition, the waterways of the central part of the city will be under the surveillance of two police motorboats. The number of motorboats might be increased depending on the day of the week and the time of the massive events.
