The new Ethno-park "Hvoiniy Bor" to open for passengers of River Cruises in May 2019

In Spring 2019, at the Moscow Canal of the Moscow region, a new recreation space will be open for the passengers of the river cruises. The Ethno-park "Hvoiniy Bor" (The Pine Forest), will be located on the right shore of the Pestovo water reservoir, next to the "Hvoiniy Bor" Pier.

"Caesar Travel" company is in charge of the project's planning and implementation. Sergey Abramov, the head of the company, has commented that the preparation of the territory has been already started in autumn this year. During the winter period, they plan to complete construction of all objects and would be open to welcome first guests in May next year. According to Abramov, the park will be open all year round but would target primarily the cruise ships' passengers.

The Hvoiniy Dvor will contain similar sites as the campsite Verhnie Mandrogi and would include: the museums dedicated to the Russian lifestyle and crafts with a separate zone for children. The recreation zone will include the separate area for kids, as well as the space for rest, which would include the playground, entertainment area, and the beach.

According to Abramov, it is also planned to launch a short connecting route from the Northern River Station of Moscow to the Ethno-park "Hvoiniy Bor".
