New Street Art Exhibition Opens at State Russian Museum

A street art exhibition has opened at the State Russiam Museum in St. Petersburg. The exhibition is part of the many ongoing exhibitions and events dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Russia's victory over Napoleon in the War of 1812.

The exhibition is comprised of 15 replications of masterpieces by such artists as Kiprensky, Babayev, Ulrich, Rugendas and Coleman. 

Russia is very proud of it's history and especially such events as the defeat of Napolean in the War of 1812. With the 200th anniversary of this famous moment in Russia's history being celebrated this year, Russia cities all across the country are hosting special events, exhibitions, concerts, festivals and so forth dedicated Russia's defeat of Napoleon.

The Russian Museum in St. Petersburg is located on the Arts Square adjacent to the Mikhailovsky Theatre and across the square from the historic Grand Hotel Europe.
